What do you need for restaurant opening? 

Premises of 150 sq.m and more in crowded place in area of offices and trade centers are enough for sushi-bar. Facilities must comply with health standards and have:
– 2 separate entrance: visitors from the street and for workers from the kitchen facilities;
– big windows or showcase along the facade; 
– good natural light (excluding basement and cellar space);
– 3-phase power supply network, to connect to the network voltage 380 V, to consume 50-60 kW;
– sewage-to 3-latrines and 5 sinks;
– spacious rooms, a minimum of capital walls that break premises;
– ceiling height not less than 3 metres;
It is desirable:
– parking lots;
– the ability to make a summer terrace. 
The premises can be their own or leased (for a term of not less than 5 years old, without the right to unilateral termination).
60 seats will be placed on such area. It allows serving more than 90 clients with the help of 15 employees.

If the target function of your premise is not public food business you should get the permittance letter from the sanitary epidemiologic station that enables you to place a cafe there.
Besides, before agreement signing our specialists can go to your city for estimation of premises, its place and make the before-hand market analysis of the city if you cover the expences for such a trip. If we pas negoutiation process and sign down franchise agreement the paid sum will be included into entry franchise fee.
The main steps from first meeting till agreement signing:
First contact. Receiving basic informatin about the franchise by the potential franchisee.
Meeting at franchiser’s place. Detailed presentation of business and visiting the working restaurant. Presentation of the new franchisee, his experience, filling the application form;
Signing the intention agreement;
Trip of specialists to the franchisee’s city for market analysis.
Help in preparation of business plan for franchisee’s bank on the basis of franchiser’s financial plan (if necessary);
New meeting for business plan analysis;
Ageement signing.
 
The agreement for trade mark transfer is 5 years long. You can prolong it without any additional payments and condition changes. 
Wile agreement signing franchisee pays entry fee. It depends on restaurant’s square: 100 000 hryvna for 150-200 sq.m., 125 000 hryvna for 200-250 sq.m. and 150 000 hryvna for more than 250 sq.m. Such a grade correspondes the volume of work in planning and quntity of personnel for training.
Taking into consideration 100 sq.m. of premises and rent of 250 hryvna per month, investment into restaurant will go up to 800 000 hryvna. This sum includes entry fee, repairing, air and water supply, equioment, decor, starting ingredients and consumables. Investment depends also on the state of premises. This sum doesn’t include the price of premises purchase.
It is necessary to pay franchisor monthly royalty of 2% of the gross sales and 1200 hryvna of the gross sales to cover the cost of producing professional advertising materials and programs. 
An average monthly turnover of the restaurant with an alcohol license and delivery service during the 5 year’s work will be 225 000 hryvna. Average profit – 50 000 hryvna per month, profitability – 22 %. Recoupment is expected to come after 2 years of work.
